Before you make significant changes, you must see clearly. We begin by identifying who you are at your core, what’s no longer aligned—outdated narratives, titles, roles, or ways of operating that lead to feelings of being stuck. This phase is about spiritual discernment, emotional honesty, and vision refinement.

CLAIM

This is where you reclaim your identity, name your I AM, and rebuild confidence. You’ll reconnect with your voice, your values, and your non-negotiables, and stop waiting for permission to lead from them.

COMMIT

Clarity without action fades. In this phase, we create aligned movement.

Both! There are many ways to engage The Executives Agent™, whether you start with our book, “Disruption by Design”, the courses we offer on-line, a workshop, podcast you have heard, or if you simply need to engage in a clarity call to see what structure is best for you. Our coaching has many access points, which includes personalized 1-1 coaching, team building, workshops, each are rooted in your current season of life and leadership.

What makes this different from traditional coaching?
